Meals are taken in Khaima tents facing the mountain, or in traditional restaurants in the gourmet restaurant at the site.
The Moroccan chef brings a touch of modernity to this ancient cuisine made from fresh produce, purchased in part to area farmers.

Lands of Amanar offer 3 restaurants on site:

- La Ferme Restaurant: located in the space of Lodges, open for breakfast and dinner;
- Nature Village Restaurant: located in the space of Tent-lodges open for breakfast and dinner;
- Tine-Tar Restaurant: located in the heart of the domain, open for lunch.
