Restaurant "Le Green"
Vast restaurant composed of two rooms with traditional frame ceilings, openings on the park and the swimming pool. Famous in Saint-François thanks to its Chef and the quality of its food, "Le Green" welcomes the hotel guests as well as the local clientele.
Located pool side, it offers Creole specialities, buffet style meals, or its gastronomic menu. Buffet style breakfast with fruits, cold cuts, baked goods.

Lunch: 12:30 - 2:00 pm
Dinner: 7:30 - 9:30 pm

The Bar at the Pool :
Truly convivial, in direct relation with the restaurant, it offers, from its terrace, a panoramic view on the pool and the park.
Located pool side, the bar offers daily diversified cocktails (30 FF) according to the barman's mood.
