Restaurant overlooking the pool and flowered park open every day midi & evening.
The restaurant is independently managed by Mariclo Sarl (Restaurant Le Green).
Breakfast buffet form from 7am to 9.30am: fresh fruit, fruit juice, sausages, cheese, yoghurt, eggs, local jams, cereals, fresh rolls, croissants.
Lunch from 12:30 to 14:00: map with light meals
Dinner from 19:30 to 21:30: Creole specialties and international à la carte or as a buffet, depending on the season and occupation of the hotel several times a week theme buffets.
Holiday menus: Christmas Eve, Valentine's Day, Easter, Mother's Day ...
Forms available accommodation with breakfast, half board and full board
Capacity: 200 seats, possibility of up to 240 people seated in an event.
The Green is deemed to St. Francois by its Chef and its gourmet quality, it welcomes both hotel guests than outside.
Bar: Open daily from 11h00 to 23h00
House punches, card cocktails, hot & cold drinks, ice cream, Pot of management once a week.
